Sea View Yacht Club is hiring!

The Yacht Club has just started running a series of advertisments locally looking for Kitchen, Bar & Waiting, and Event Staff. This is the time of year that other seasonal employers on the Island start their hiring process. 

The right candidate will be passionate about high quality service, hold a positive fun attitude and demonstrate an ability to work successfully in a team in a busy environment. For our kitchen, the right candidates will be passionate about creating high quality food for formal events, as well as be able to pivot to more casual offerings for day-to-day sailors. We also want to hear from experienced Chefs and those with experience (even limited) in food preparation roles who can support our Executive Chef with the right training. 

We will ask recuits with lots of experience to supervise and lead teams, but we are happy to work with individuals with little or no hospitality experience if they have the right attitude. We need people who can demonstrate an ability to work successfully in a team in a busy environment.

We are looking for permanent full-time roles as well as casual roles. Whether they are looking for a summer job or something more permanent we want to hear from them.
